Busy Phillips says “f*ck em” after unexpected Busy Tonight cancellation. The popular actress has already decided that she will not let the cancellation of her show bring her down and is determined to find her show a new home. Phillips shot to fame with the hit TV show Freaks and Geeks whom she starred in with James Franco and Seth Rogan back in 1999. The American actress also starred in Dawson’s Creek, White Chicks, and He’s Just Not That into You....

Captain Marvel clearly cut some scenes featuring Ronan the Accuser and the Kree Starforce - but why did Marvel choose to do that? Both the promotional photos and the trailers for Captain Marvel attempted to persuade viewers that the Kree were a race of noble warrior heroes, defending the cosmos against the ruthless Skrulls. Carol Danvers was to be introduced as a member of the Starforce, an elite Kree task-force who were fighting on the front lines of the Kree-Skrull War....

CBS has expanded its All Access subscription video service to include movie streaming for the first time. CBS All Access primarily offers live and on-demand streaming of original TV shows that air on the network. Meanwhile, DirecTV Now is expanding its coverage for Fox local stations to 14 new markets. That’s nearly double the number of Fox local station markets previously offered. Access to streaming movies is available at no additional charge, although the new video catalog is rather modest at just 18 titles....

Cellebrite, the mobile forensics firm that helped the US government break into the San Bernardino shooter’s iPhone 5c, is apparently claiming it can crack any iPhone even if it’s running iOS 11. This is said to apply even to the latest flagship iPhones, although it’s possible this only applies to exploits fixed in recent updates to iOS 11. Forbes was told by anonymous sources that Cellebrite has discovered a way to get around the security measures of iOS 11 in recent months....

The Big Bang Theory has one more surprise in store for its series finale: a goodbye special. The news comes as the show prepares to end its impressive 12-season run, making it the longest-running multi-camera comedy series in history. In its time on air, Big Bang Theory has garnered awards and critical acclaim, as well as a spot in pop culture canon with catchphrases (Bazinga!) and cameos from celebrities like Bob Newhart, Stephen Hawking, and Mark Hamill....

The stars of Birds of Prey (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) announced in a new video that they’ll be having a panel this year at CCXP in Brazil. Warner Bros. and DC’s upcoming film centers on Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), who made her cinematic debut in David Ayer’s Suicide Squad back in 2016, as she teams up with a new batch of heroes, Black Canary (Jurnee Smollett-Bell) and Huntress (Mary Elizabeth Winstead), along with a Gotham City detective named Renee Montoya (Rosie Perez)....

We’ve known about the MCU’s upcoming Eternals movie for a while, but we didn’t know the Black Knight would be appearing in it until Disney’s D23 Expo this year. Game of Thrones star Kit Harington has been cast to play the character alongside his old co-star, Richard Madden. When he got his own series in the comics, it was canceled after five issues, due to low sales. With any luck, Harington’s casting will make him more popular with MCU fans than he was with comic book readers....

It’s that time of year again – the fall/winter shows are wrapping up (or have already ended), and the television networks are gearing up for the spring upfronts. As a result, there is already a lot of chatter about which pilots may be picked up for full seasons – as well as which existing shows are going to be renewed, and which might well get cut. Most won’t be confirmed until next month, of course, although some shows have already received early renewal....

Fans of David Harbour will get to see the actor’s debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe come May, where he will play the KGB’s answer to Captain America in the MCU’s spy-thriller, Black Widow. Known most recently for his role as the grumpy chief of police Jim Hopper in Netflix’s Stranger Things, Harbour will be ditching 80s “dad shirts” for red and white leather, donning the role of Alexi (sometimes spelled Alexei) Shostakov, AKA the Red Guardian....

A Bond 25 writer teases the introduction of new iconic characters. The latest installment of the 007 franchise has been a long time coming, yet even now as things move ever closer to completion, fans are still being teased by the possibilities of the new film. As has been acknowledged many times before, the battle to get Bond 25 off the ground has been an extensive one, with much initial uncertainty as to who would even be playing Bond, and who would be directing the highly anticipated follow up to 2015’s Spectre....

For those of you who have forgotten, Bones was a fantastic crime procedural drama that lasted for 12 seasons and aired from 2005 up until 2017. It followed the escapades of forensic anthropologist Temperance ‘Bones’ Brennan and Special Agent Seeley Booth (who shared amazing chemistry) as they teamed up to investigate suspicious deaths. Brennan’s specialty lay in determining vital information from bodies that were severely damaged beyond all recognition. The show itself was a mix of comedy and drama but despite the series having garnered a large fanbase, there were still a lot of storylines that were left hanging after the series finale....

Troy Baker, the celebrated voice actor behind The Last of Us’ Joel and Far Cry 4’s Pagan Min, is not set to reprise his role as Atlas CEO Rhys in Borderlands 3, despite the fact that neither he nor Gearbox Software seem to know why. Introduced as an original character in Telltale’s Tales from the Borderlands before the developer went under, Rhys was present in Borderlands 3’s reveal trailer at PAX 2019, but fans have since been left to wonder how large of a role the character will play and how strange it may be to hear a different voice coming from his mouth....

Gearbox’s Borderlands is a hit series so far, and it will only get bigger with time. The franchise recognizes the potential of its game series and will launch one iteration after the other during these peak times. Whenever a new edition of Borderlands comes out, the popularity of the series further increases. So there is no doubt at all that Gearbox will give us Borderlands 4 as well. However, the release date of that title is still a bit foggy....

But Brandbassador differs in a couple of ways. First, whenever we hear these stories we wonder what happened to the original product. For some reason, those get thrown to the side after the IM platform is developed. Second, the pivot is usually somewhat logical, like the original idea is software or social media related. Brandbassador bucks both these trends by having its original product continue to succeed. It’s tough out there, people. Thousands have been infected with the novel Coronavirus in China, millions are under lockdown, airplanes are grounded, and borders tightened.
