Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has a ton of vanity items and one of, if not the cutest, vanity items is the Helpful Doge Charm. This Charm is one that can be placed on any gun in the game and is a cut above the rest. Getting it requires some tough objectives that are not for the faint of heart. Considering all the different charms of the game, this is not only a highly wanted charm but it’s one of the more difficult ones to get.
Getting the charm is not unlike others where missions need to be accomplished to get them. While doing the missions there will be other items and rewards that can be gotten so getting the Helpful Doge Charm is best done while doing other tasks as well. We’ll cover some of the other tasks as well as helpful ways to get the Helpful Doge charm so time to get cracking.
How to Get the Helpful Doge Charm in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
To get the Helpful Doge charm, it’s acquired by accomplishing the first five objectives of the Best of the Best Mission. The mission must be activated and to do so, from the main screen select the Multiplayer option, select the Barracks option, select Missions & Challenges, and then scroll down to Best of the Best. Make sure that the mission is activated or any activity that is completed will not count towards the mission. There are seven objectives to complete the Best of the Best mission but to get the charm only the fifth mission needs to be completed. Here’s a list of the five missions needed to be completed:
- Get 2 quick kills 20 times. Kill five players without getting killed 10 times. Kill three players in quick succession. Kill 10 players without getting killed five times. Kill four players rapidly.
Now, these objectives are easier said than done but when they get completed, the Helpful Doge Charm will be unlocked. As a side note, the other items that get unlocked are the Supreme Pizza Slice Charm, the Mondays Calling Card, the Remarkable Marksman Sticker, and the Revenge Reflux Calling Card.
Quick Ways to Get the Helpful Doge Charm in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
By looking at the list of objectives to get the Helpful Doge Charm it can seem quite daunting to get. There are some quick ways to get each objective completed to make it not seem so tough to get. Of course, other players stand in the way although it does pay to have a little bit of patience and a little bit of practice. With that being said, the first, third, and fifth objectives can be done quite rapidly by doing the Mosh Pit missions. Rust, Shipment, and Shoot House are the current Mosh Pit modes and of those three, Shipment would be preferred. The reason for this is that Shipyard is much smaller than the other two so seeing more players in a row to allow for the quick kills is preferred.
For the objectives where killing enemies without dying comes around, these maps might not be too good. There is a chance that getting a few quick kills and then hitting a kill streak might work out but only by being either good or lucky is going to get those accomplished as dying is a way of life in the Most Pit missions. Any game mode will work as long as you don’t die but to level the odds slightly, Ground War and Team Deathmatch are preferred as other players are running around killing each other and they could be picked off easily and from safety.
Tasks to do While Getting the Helpful Doge Charm in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
While getting the Helpful Doge Charm it’s recommended to work on some of the weapons that need unlocking. In the Weapons menu, select a loadout, open the gunsmith and tons of attachments and customizations are ready to be opened up. Doing the smaller maps will bring tons of kills and unlock items very quickly.
The Mission Objectives, Daily Challenges, and Weekly Challenges are also ready to go as well as they each have rewards that change both daily and weekly. These will reward valuable experience and various vanity items as well.
